We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
2. Condition of Returns
All returned items must be:
- In their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- For golf clubs and equipment, please ensure grips, shafts, and club heads are undamaged and free from modifications.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made golf clubs or accessories.
- Gift cards.
- Used golf balls or items showing signs of wear or damage.
4. How to Return an Item
- Bring the item(s) along with your receipt to our store, or
- Contact our Customer Service to arrange a return by mail.
- For mail returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- It may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with details and photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
